Appalling customer service at Blenheim triathlon
Appalling experience with Blenheim Tri customer service 2018.
Given how expensive the event is, cannot believe how rude and unhelpful they are. I paid £118 to enter - apparently I signed up for the 'premium entry' without realising since the registration page was so confusing. Despite signing up for a team (and having paid more), they put me in a separate wave from colleagues. Emails asking for help have been ignored for weeks, phone lines (when open - only 2 hours a day 3 days a week) have either been engaged on rung out. When I finally got through on the phone they just said there's nothing they can do to get us all in the same wave.
Just wanted people to be aware that IMG sports probably won;t be very helpful if you need anything from them!!
