Hi ladies, I’m a PhD student at the University of Sunderland, UK. My PhD is exploring the effects of the menstrual cycle on performance and recovery across the training season in female multi-sport endurance athletes.
*Call for participants* looking for female multi-sport endurance athletes (any level), aged 18+, who are pre-menopausal to take part in my PhD research at the University of Sunderland, UK.
