BEST triathlon training book?
Hi all. I’ve had a look at the 220 training plans on 220 which are great - if you understand the shorthand! There doesn’t appear to be a key for many of them so I’m lost.
What at would be a good solid straight forward book to buy which will explain things and the abbreviations please? I’m currently looking at buying my first road bike, having swim coaching and have just completed my first half. I’m aiming for my first 70.3 next year .
any recommendations would be ace.

Re: "understanding the shorthand" ... yes it sometimes happens you can get to the training plans without being able to find the articles that go with them - these articles are essential.
Here's how you can get to at least one page on 220triathlon.com that explains what "Multi-Brick" is. I believe this page is what's referred to by "see previous section" in the middle distance training plan.

I'm interested in this book and would want to learn more about it. I just found a new form of writing that presented some challenges. And nursing writing turned out to be more difficult than it looks https://www.nursingpaper.com/medical-case-study/ So I turned to this source, which proved to be the ideal option. And that helped me out a lot.
I can't recommend you any book since I've never rread one on this topic, However I can recommend you a workout that someone from the best appliance repair in lubbock tx always does and so far they have had great results thanks to it! https://www.appliancerepairlubbock.net
Amazing Five Nights at Freddy's game!
I used fast track triathlete. Great plan to take you from beginner to Ironman within 1-2 years. It was also a good reminder of how to structure your priorities.
