castle series tri company

I'm hoping peoples  can advise and tell of their experience with Castle series triathlon company....... my husband recently had his bike stolen from transition at one of there events and they have refused to help and now have blocked me on all there social media. has anyone had experienced a theft from transition before and how was it handled??????
