Talkback: How to train for a sub-20min 5k

Considering this is an article targeted to the athletes like me who aspire to get their 5k time down to a sub 20min, why don’t you also add pace suggestions for the workouts you recommend?

    Also no mention of how long to do these sessions or the week to week progressions. If you start with a good aerobic base fitness I would think that 3 or perhaps 4 weeks tops before loosing that base and then you'd have to rebuild it.
