Soreen running vest search

Hi everyone, I've been looking for a Soreen running vest but haven't had any luck. It was a promotional item which Soreen produced for an Ultra marathon years ago. Can anyone help me track one down? I'm happy with second hand. Ideally I need a men's size small but will consider women's or other sizes. Thank you!
