Help, should I race or not?

Hi Desperately needing some advise please, I have a cold, started with a sore throat on Wednesday, I am racing tomorrow, a sprint triathlon. I really want to do the triathlon but don't want it to be detrimental to my health. I am coughing, blocked nose and sore throat. Should I race or rest to be fitter for another race. Is it safe to race?
