WHAT I EAT IN THE MORNING BEFORE 5K TRAINING!!
his is the first episode of the triathlon series that I will be doing. Long term will be competing in these races that test your mind and body to extreme levels. In the first episode, I highlight what I usually eat before a 5k run. I also take you on my run with me.
Running has been a passion for a long time. I have been training recently due to the rise of COVID 19 for a 5k run. Running is very easy to pick up due to its flexibility and training availability. We will find that as we begin to trust ourselves more as athletes, we will be able to accomplish massive feats in our long term success. My starting average pace for 3 miles was 8:40 at the beginning of quarantine. Now I am at a staggering 6:33 average pace on a medium intensity run! Running takes time and commitment. Trust in yourself and you can accomplish anything.
