Aquathlon what to wear?

Hi
ive entered my first Aquathlon 1.9 swim 10k run and it’s wetsuits mandatory. Wondering what to wear under wetsuit? Do people change in transition or just run in Swimrun wetsuit?
transition is called shoe transition so I’m guessing no expectation to change

Personally I would wear my tri suit under my wetsuit and run in that. As for a SwimRun wetsuit I have never used one but I would guess they would restrict flexibility more than just a tri suit.
