Training when ill

I'm a week and a half out from my one and only triathlon this year, having worked back to decent fitness after baby no. 3. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had a week off the bike last week and meant to make up for it this week. I'm now properly under the weather with a horrible summer cold (not covid thankfully). I am getting really frustrated at not being able to train and also worried about how this will impact performance, although I won't be expecting miracles I was excited but how good the bike and run were feeling (for me) and was looking to put in a solid shift. Now I'm a grumpy git! Do I peel back completely? Try some small rides and see how I go? Any advice gratefully received.
