Making the transition (no pun intended) from cycling into triathlon/duathlon this year and wondered what sort of warm up routine I should be aiming for pre-race.
My thinking is light spin to warm up with a few sets of race pace efforts followed by a similar trot around the car park with a few strides/sprints thrown in.
I've based this on what I've done in the past for single sport events.
Is this about right? Or am I barking up the tree completely.
