training hours

do you count only the number of hours you do on the bike, swimming and running as the number of training hours you do weekly or would you include weights, core, stretching?!

i think i would be cheating if i counted 30mins stretching in my weekly training!! although it is a part of training..

    According to Joe Friel weights, incorporating core work, make up your training hours.

    I think using core work/streching to count towards your training plan as long as you only use for about 20-40mins per week as it doesnt cause as my training stress as say cycling or running.
