ENERGY NUTRTION

HI

Due to long shift wirk ie 12 hour shifts spent on feet. I sometimes by no surprise get home shattered. I could really do with reboosting my energy levels at the end of a shift so I can get through a training session without being so shattered.

I have protein shakes eat fruit do pasta , potatoes, gels.

what I am looking for is a good energy supplement any ideas appreciated.
