Has anybody out there got a copy of 220, issue 184? I know it is an old one, but I only really need 1 article, Ironman training, I have the other 6 issues which go with this training plan, but just missing this one issue!!!! Please can someone help????

    I don't have the entire issue, but I have saved the articles for the Ironman training: parts 1 to 7. Which part do you need (which weeks)?
