A fun weekend taking part in a Triathlon Cross in Ibiza: a 750m sea swim in warm crystal clear waters, 14km mountain biking, a 4km run - then it’s ice cold cava on the beach!
There’s yoga, swimming and running on Friday, a beach day Saturday ahead of Sunday’s race and a prize giving dinner.
