    It's my first triathlon, so I'll be in the early wave. I'll probably be cycling and running in my bright yellow test-dummy cycling jersey, so feel free to zoom past me and see how much of a draft I can get away with.

    i´m supposed be in on this but my wife is taking the car - a long shot but if anyone is passing st albans on their way a lift would be much appreciated - i´d chuck you 15 quid for the petrol!
