I should be starting my tapering this week, only thing is I've been hit by the spring cold and I'm all blocked up. Its been really difficult to do any sort of training this week and my intentions are to restart tomorrow morning and get into a brick session.

Question is, how hard should I push myself as my very first sprint tri is on Sat...

Any advice...

    You should be resting this close to an event any way but on the day go 100% or what's the point?
