We would just like to draw your attention to our forthcoming event in support of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. The T.B.S Thetford Forest Duathlon will take place on Sunday 30th November in Thetford Forest on the Suffolk/Norfolk border.
All off road in the beautiful setting of Thetford Forest the format will be a 5k run followed by 14k bike and finishing with a 3k run. There will also be a team event for teams of two, one runs both run legs the other does the bike leg.
Champagne and chocolates to individual winners and winning teams and commemorative bottle of beer to all competitors plus free post race refreshments.
