Training with a hangover?

Is training with a hangover actually beneficial?

Or does it just make you feel better/worse at the time?

Once you pass through the ohh my G*d my head hurts, training should see a marked improvement in well being, fresh air, increase in oxygen intake, fluid intake etc, downside is reaction time may be reduced so a slower training session would be better.

Annie Emmerson started out in triathlon, apparrently, when she was recovering from a hangover and went for a bike ride to try and cure it.

Why did someone have a good time last night.

Not beneficial..the only possible plus point would be a quicker clearing of toxic alcohol as you rev up your metabloism..altho I am not sure if the liver responds to exercise per se as filtering is filtering but I guess the incr in BP might force stuff thru.

Simply put the previous & susequent training sessions are almost a waste of time as the body must get rid of poison before it can get on with repair.
