Zone 2: 75-85%
Zone 3: 86-89%
Zone 4: 90-95%
Is this universally accepted? I thought I'd seen 60-70, 70-80, 80-90 and 90+ quoted?
It all depends whose training programme you are following
Joe Friel uses 7 zones
BCF use 6 zones
Andrew Coggan uses 5 zones
Garmin use 5 zones
Can get very complicated !
