I was wondering if anyone knows of any pool based sprint triathlons in the North West/West Yorkshire region at the end of June, and between August and October?
Got a taster doing Skipton this weekend and I am desperate to have another go!
Hi glad you enjoyed Skipto I was there too and ejoyed it, although the addition of the extra bike was a bit of a bugger. I think Rossendale is a sprint distance on June 7th, www.rltrust.co.uk and rumour is of Pendle doing a sprint and olympic distance in Sept (based in Barnoldswick just down road from Skipton), also www.freebirdevents.co.uk for Allethorpe in June (Open water mind) and Beverley in August. There's one in Leeds on August 8. It's a pool-based 400m swim I think, 22k bike and 5k run.
I think I'm going to add it to my schedule.
