Hi all
Having just got back from a short run, i managed to injure my calf AGAIN[:@]. It's becoming very frustrating as the injury can occur in either calf with very little warning.
I'm fortunate to get free physio through work,but i need to find the root cause.
So i'm looking for a physio with tri/running background on merseyside or anywhere in the north west.
If anyone has any sugestions i'd be very grateful
