Cleveland Middle Distance

I have signed up the Cleveland Middle Distance on 5 July. I have only ever completed Sprint Distance Events and am building up training for this at the moment[8D]. Has anyone else completed this if so would be intereted to hear about the course?

I've never done it (hmm, not sure that helps! I keep saying that in these posts). My training partner won his age group in this a couple of years ago. He said it is just hills hills hills - both bike and run are full on steep climbs, none of that undulating rubbish. Apparently a really hard course. I can't tell you anymore than that but in the absence of no other replies to date thought I'd let you know what he'd told me.
