4 day programme
Hi i was wondering has anybody got a training programme for somebody who works a 4 on 4off shift pattern . I,m doing my first half ironman next year and could do with a bit of advice
Is you shift nights or days?.... How long are the shifts?.... Family commitments?.... Start times end times of shifts?.... Meals....
Do you have a race booked to aim for?....
All these are things that you have to look at and work out available time for various workouts....
Try a few different arrangements of workout restday combinations.....
DON'T forget the restdays there important.....
I personally do some stuff before work... some after....Some combination stuff ie cycle followed by run...
