Urgent plea for male or female team-mate wanted for Feb 1 Helly Hansen IV duathlon-style challenge due to third team member dropping out. Teams of three and Neil and I (Ali) expect to do it in 3 hours or less, aiming for top 15%. Would like someone with similar or faster ability if possible please. Need answer ASAP if intetested as almost at capacity.
Fun event. In Pirbright, Surrey: mixed stages totalling 7m run, 16m cycle, kayak (paddle with hands!) challenge. £45 per person, prob 10am start. Teams of three - http://www.trailplus.com/helly_hansen.cfm
