I know facebook got a bit of a bashing recently in a thread but i use it to keep in touch with folks and i like hearing from people who i'd forgotten about too!



Anyway, for those who use facebook and are interested i've started a 220 forum group, so join in the fun peeps.

    It's a cunning plan by Roberts and Conehead to distract other triathletes,Roberts gets people distracted away from training and if anyone makes it to the race,Conehead gives away some of his stash so you feel obliged to let him beat you.
