Anyone used Absolute Tri Coaching?

Greetings to all. I am one of the growing number of Tri wannabees and having given up rugby am looking for a structured training programme to get me to the Olympic Distance London Tri in Aug. I have looked into "Absolute Tri Training" and was wondering if anyone else had used them and what they thought.

Looking forward to you all imparting your knowledge and/or experience.
