new hip 55 12 weeks ago running questions

Hi, got a new hip on Dec 16, 55 years old. Got a metal on metal, uncemented with a large ball. Done with PT, walk daily two to three miles with ankle weights, and also do all mt PT exercises. Prior to surgery was doing sprint work on a all weather track 100 meter sprints 10-15 a day 4-5 times a week. Anyone know if I will be able to continue this or at least do it sometimes and maybe mix in some other things. I won't jog on it, so I won't be pounding out 10-15 miles a week on a road.Any comments would be helpful. Thanks
