Swim therapy

Hey guys. I really want to do a swim therapy session but they are in leicster so its a 3 and a half hour drive for me.Its not cheap and with the petrol it will workout a very expensive day. So has anybody tried it and had success? or know of anywhere a little closer to dorset that will do the same thing?

    absolute tri have someone in Evesham but I can't comment on how good they may or may not be

    I did a session at Tri Sport Coaching in Surrey and would recommend them.
