Coaching from TE qualified Level 3 and Level 2 coaches
Coaching from ABCC Level 3 coach
3 x 2 hour sessions swim /cycle/ run
Concentrating on technical aspects of all disciplines
Sight and navigate in open water
Transition training
Cycle gearing
