Great book! Hasn't put me off at all! (not least cos I'm not intending to do an ironman!)



Now on to 'your first triathlon', and actually start training...

    I've just finished it as well-and also enjoyed the book. It als reconfirmed my original intention of doing my first OD this season and then a 70.3 IM next year before thinking about a full IM!!!!

    I just wonder what happened to Mrs Conehead's gear .... that was never revealed in the book!

    I think it was sold on ebay the following year. Can't remember if that's in the book, or mentioned in one of conehead's subliminal advertising here on the forum.

    Ahhh, so it was a good return of investment .... the guilt deduction from the WAT officer is another great fancy trick, however my local WAT office does not deduct unrelated expenses, so I cannot offset it!
