bike needed

i am looking to get into triathlons and am looking for a bike to get me started. i think a hybrid would be best but am open to all suggestions or help. i am about 6ft tall and 14st. from the bikes i have seen so far its lookin like a med-lrg from size im needing. my budget is limited so new or used is good either way.

First timer

Hi ya have just posted a bike on the for sale forum have a look it is ideal for a beginner. I have had it from new for one season but now just upgraded so reason for sale.

hi there. im selling my ambrosio bike with full sora group set(front mech tiagra). its a 56. price is £350, its only 10 months old. need any info just email me. also have 4 week old shimano road spd's to go with bike for extra £20.
