Hi guys,
Doing Roth in less than 4 weeks, can't wait!
I have a problem though, I sweat a LOT. I manage to consume 5 litres if water and Nuun when out on a 150k+ ride if it is warm - I live in Germany, so it's been 25°C+ often here lately. I then need salt tabs and a lot more water when I get home - if I don't do all that, I cannot sleep at night, have thirst attacks, need to go to the toilet a lot etc....I have it figured out now....thank god.
(It's gotten better, I'm 6'1 and 85kg, used to be 90kg, I had more trouble before)
Anyway, I need a full tube of Nuun on the bike leg, if it's warm. You guys got any idea how I can carry that and easily get the tabs out to add to the water I get at the aid stations??

Tape the Nuun to your frame ?
Put he Tube of Nuun in jersey pocket ?
