    Have a good break. Don't forget, good bodies aren't made in the gym but during the rest periods.

    Hopefully the Forum issues will be resolved for your return!

    Spain.. A great country for cycling... And the sea is probably quite inviting at this time of year.. Hmm... a run along the beach.. Now, put that together!
