Occasionally I want to cycle by a good route to somewhere a fair distance away - e.g. to meet up with the family who will go there in the car
Is there a website anywhere that allows me to put in - say - Wimbledon and Brighton - and get out a decent route for a road bike
I have looked on bikeradar and the garmin connect site but I find them very difficult to use

A lot of good ride ideas, although a bit tricky to search if you are looking to go between two places
I think what I need is for Google Maps to offer a decent 'by bike' option as well as by car and on foot
