It needs to be YOUR bike!

Here's mine pimped up now.....minus a rear cassette... only took the pic to see what she'd look like with the those wheels. Not been race tested.... soon will tho
Ok, so this isn't my bike (sorry) but I just discovered Trek's Project 1 site and if I won the lottery, here's where £9k would be going... equinox 9k.jpg[/attachment:2qy7hdh0]
I think it would be best if I hid that post from the WAT officer.
Or questions may be asked.
Lots of shopping around for end of line items and ebay, along with several old parts from my Time trialling days[/quote:66z3vi74]
Nice build Doogle. I did a similar thing last year with a Planet X frame. I actually looked at getting that Ribble frame but couldn't find any reviews of it - would be interested into how it handles.

shadowone1 that is a VERY VERY nice bike!
Cheers GFH...
Looking forward to blasting the roads when I go to Abu Dhabi. I haven't really tested the bike out with those wheels. Added a few things since the pic was taken. This season will be the argon's first season in tri so i shall be expecting some good times on the bike splits!
i really like shadowone's pic, bike looks like he (or is it a she?) has just settled on the sofa to watch some telly while gary's looks like he just stopped by the kitchen to get a drink after a hard ride...i mean they are part of our family and lives after all right?
... Definitely NOT a show home! ....I think I must just like black and white! .....I don't live on a hill but do change gear before I stop and get off the bike
She here and she's quick. Well, I assume she'S quick, she's only been on the turbo...but she'S certainly carbon! She certainly needs some decent wheels, but she also needs a name. And since I can only afford a name, it'll have to be the name first. Any suggestions?
yeah, mine too...it was Expensive...but soo nice! I could only afford a 105 groupset but I reckon that's fine.....some nich wheels would make a much bigger difference, maybe next year!
That's a nice Cube too though, I'd love a carbon road bike....ooh it just never ends...
OK, so iv'e gone and done it........it was a good deal though!! (thanks to wiggle kindly doing 15% off 2010 bikes, my LBS matched it...stoked) Pictures to follow in a couple of days when I pick it up. I am soon to be the owner of a Felt B2
OKenny, That bike is a beauty, well wear. I see you've got a bit of a downward angle on the saddle, is this something you're trying out with the new bike or has it worked for you before? I was playing around with this a while back, met with extreme disapproval from my LBS owner when he saw it (he's a true-blue cyclist though), so didn't really give it a proper shot.
Here is my bike - I know that it is not very aero, has too many spacers and not enough drop from the seat to the handle bars, is not red, not fully carbon and has no tri bars but I like it a lot so I thought I would share...bike cropped larger.jpg[/attachment:ncwxxiod]

There's a whole back story to this and only took about 6 months.

I would explain Jelly but you'll hear all about it in France.
( Knock it down a few Gaz)
she's resting in my spare room where tonight she will be getting battle prepared!

Haven't got a name yet though. I thought that if I waited it would just come to me one day.
When I look at your bike, my wallet cries
That's a nice Cube too though, I'd love a carbon road bike....ooh it just never ends...
Would a bin my choice but HAT nearly died at the price...
New name? How 'bout Rubik? (from son Charlie aged 12) or OXO? (from me aged 44 going on 12!)
