London - any tips?

It’s obviuusly the big one this weekend, with quite of few of us competing. Has anyone who has done London before got any tips on travelling / transtion / swim / bike / run / spectating etc that could be passed on to us first timers.

Hijack: Anyone know if the new course at london is longer or shorterthan past years? I Know last years one was short on the bike and run, hence the fast times. Just wondering how it will compare.
