sooo my training has increased for OD...one thing i've found is that i seem to improve the second part of any training i do (all 3 disciplines)...i'm am wondering if this is just because i've warmed up(i do normally warm up before hand anyway) or something else??
is there anyway to kick this in earlier...interval training or something???
