We're showing our age No doubt about it, the original line up is best. Not that big a Van Halen fan - but, I think "Running with the Devil" ranks as one of the best opening tracks of a debut album of all time. Which must place me in the Dave Lee Roth Camp. I did see Sammy Hagar live one time. Can't remember much about it for some reason.

    Q. Saturday tea time TV - Total Wipeout. Do you watch it and think:

Biggest pain in your day to day training-fast lane at the pool blocked by chatting old dears, broken glass in the gutter or local rotweillers biting your hand?

Gulp. I've got Rising on the car at the moment - was listening it this very morning en route to the pool and back. I blame planet rock. I was always a Dio fan, the Bonet album was OK, but in attempting to crack america, they went of the boil. If you want pop-rock then Def Leppard were far better at it by this time. Rising is a classic - High Noon is almost worth training too!

Biggest pain: My Knee! Aches to day.. all the way down the shin and up the quad. Went out on the bike for a spin. It was the only way to shut it up.

    Oh. A question.... Hmm...

    Q. What would your ideal vehicle be to take all your kit to Tri's in?

Humanity - destined for a general linear improvement in intelligence, technology, ethics etc or doomed to repeat cycles of enlightement followed by destruction wrought by basic human traits of greed, violence etc
  • md6md6 Posts: 969
A - destined to self destruct repeatedly, only each time the progress made before destruction will be greater.

Q - dodgy tummy when out running or biking- turn back or go behind the bushes?
