Kingston to Brighton route?

Does anyone have good bike route from Kingston Upon Thames to Brighton that avoids busy roads but makes for a nice bit of training?

    Not sure about back roads around Kingston/New Malden etc, but once you get to Sutton region you should be able to cut across to Banstead/Woodmansterne and pick up the London to Brighton route. The roads are pretty good and its a nice run from the Woodmansterne area. Some good hills thrown in as well.
