Not much use to many of you geographically really but I am asking "everywhere"! The following is my generic plea, so of course doesn;t necessarily reflect your undoubted abilities
I need three guinea pigs to coach for my Triathlon Coaches assessment on may 8th circa 930-10 am for about an hour - you don;t have to be a triathlete, nor even be particularly sporty... just be able to ride a bike. the session will not be "heavy" Liquid thanks available at a slightly later occasion naturally!
