Anydone done this??

which casette did u you use for it?

I have a 12-25 on my TT bike. I was doing some cycling in the mountains over the weekend and I found I often ran out of gears. (16% incline for example!)
I think the 70.3 in Germany is also pretty hilly, any reccomondations?

You may want to have a look at this:

Also depends on your small chainring, are you using a 42, 39, 38?

If on a 42, swapping to a 39 or 38 gives you effectively another gear to play with at the bottom

If you combine that with a cassette containing a 28 then you gain yet another gear
