Hi baz... sorry mate... it all ended up being quite a frantic week leading up to it and I never sorted out saying hello.
It went fine -I will get an RR done at some time. Swim was slow 9as ever), bike was Ok - what a GREAT course for a "short" distance ... really demanding. Lost a minute or soon the bike cos I stopped to check my wife was oK... she got a ripped tyre and a blown tube and walked the last 3.5 Km in so she would finish her first tri. Mini Didds worked really hard oin the 11-12 age group (she is 10, with her 11th bday in Nov) but the bike was too hard fro her and she couldn't finish (her first tri too). So a mixed bag for the Didds clan.

I did a poor swim but recovered to set a PB for me at 46.40 (Ithink 40 on the seconds but maybe a few more0
How was it for you?
I looked out for a BCTTT tri suit but never saw one!
