Buying OTP road racer - advice?

im looking to buy a trainer bike to build up my cycling prowess, as well as for a bit of commuting.
i want to keep it quite stripped so im looking to go for something with only 10 speeds or less, but thats only an ideal - if you can think of a really good bike with more than 10 speeds, then dont hesitate to menition it.
bikes i've looked at so far are the:
Raleigh Airlite 100
Giant OCR 4
[size=2]08 GTR Series 4 Bike[/size]
these are the general budget and bike types that i have in mind, can any of you think of a good road racer bike around the £200 price mark?
