For those new to triathlon, we are running a talk on....
THURSDAY 1st JULY at Springhealth, Hampstead, London NW3
We have GB triathlete and world class coach discussing getting into triathlon; training, training programmes, equipment and race preparation. There will be a gait assessment for advice on running style and suitable shoewear and physiotherapy advice available for injury advice/prevention.
For those interested we are also running a Triathlon Club and all efforts will be in preparation for 'Tri for Life' - a charity race in September.
