So you need to train....but Er Indoors also wants to have the lifestyle she sees on "Desperate Sex in the Housewives" (or whatever the program is) so you have to have a few friends round but how do you train AND socialise.

    Come to think of it why not!? For too long we have had to put up with mundane on-bike drinks. Look out for me at London Excel with one of these beauties mixing up a smoothie as I blend my way along the embankment.
