Ok, my running training has been suffering lately by achilles tendonitis and ITB, so been sticking to swim and cycle. Didnt run for 8-10 weeks and found that my running now is still ok.
So swimming and cycling helps the running and running dont help anything....anyone with similar experience?

If at all possible, you should always be looking to go for a run directly off the bike.
