electrolyte replacement

Following recent training sessions(approx 40 miles hilly ride), i find that my quads cramp up coming off the bike into a the run. (its a hilly run).
Anybody got any suggestions for electrolyte replacement drinks? I'm drinking around 2L on the bike, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

    I was using Nuun but switched to High5 Zero tablets last month and have found them spot-on. Absolutely no cramping issues.

    Cramping at 2hrs is probably not related to dehydration or salt losses if you have drank 2L on the bike. More likely lactic acid, i.e. you 're pushing too hard.
