sailfish quality issues

anyone had any problems with quality on sailfish products ?
I picked up a sailfish mens tri suit and number belt at the London Tri in August.
After one wearing the stitching on the tri suit has started to disintegrate and the decals are peeling off. I did't even get the chance to wear the number belt as the stitching fell apart straight out of the bag. The quality on their products is appauling !
I was also credit card scammed by the sailfish staff on the Excel stand. They programmed their credit card machines for euro's and so I got billed an extra £10 when I got my statement + £1 as it was a foreign transaction.
Still waiting for my refund..........
