The Stick

Apologies if this has been mentioned before.. I was absent from the forum for a while. I was going to put this on my "Knee Problems" thread but I think its worth its own.

Ive spent the last two days self massage my ITB, quads, hips, gluts basically all the essential running muscles with "The stick" and I have to say I am feeling great. I didnt feel too great during the massage as my ITB was guitar string tight, but it is freeing up a lot.

Managed a 4km light jog earlier and didnt feel a thing.. which is vast improvement from last week.

Not going to rush a large run though.. sticking to swim training for next 2 weeks with lots of stretching.
